Ullapool Golf Course. This is a very picturesque nine-hole course with a touch of links and moorland to it. It was opened in 1998 by Prince Andrew and has since gone from strength to strength. With great views of the Loch Broom and the Summer Isle it meanders down to the shores of Loch Broom
Situated on the northern border of Ullapool, a highland village with a long heritage, the golf course offers outstanding views of Lochbroom and the Summer Isles beyond. We are within walking distance of the village and our club house offers changing facilities and refreshments if required.
The club is affiliated with both the Scottish Golf Union and Ladies Golf Union and holds regular competitions with competitors entering from the local community and beyond. Visitors are always welcome be they visiting from neighboring towns and villages in Ross Shire and the Highlands, or from further afield and overseas on holiday.
Where ever you are from and whatever your level of play we are sure you will find our club welcoming, enjoyable and invigorating. The views and fresh sea air make our course a pleasing stop for all.
The par three, 4th is one the course's highlights as your tee shot must clear think gorse bushes while steering clear of the beach. The village of Ullapool is a popular holiday destination and is home to some friendly bars, restaurants, hotels and guest houses.
